Publix groceries for less than $20 bucks, Free T.G.I. Fridays Burger & lost more weight with the Omega Cookie!!

Just got back from my latest shopping trip to Publix. I can't even begin to tell you how great it feels to be at the checkout with bags of groceries and hear the cashier give you the total AND it is less than $20! I mean how great is that! According to my receipt, I spent $19.28 including tax. It says my savings at Publix was $60.60.

This is what I bought for less than 20 bucks;

6 bags of 26 ounce Tyson chicken patties (BOGO and 6 $1 coupons)
3.68 pounds of Chiquita bananas
2 packs of Aztec Tortillas (2 20 cent coupons)
large jello vanilla pudding
4 boxes of Quaker Chewy granola bars (BOGO and 2 $1 coupon on 2)
2 bottles of glass plus multi surface cleaner (BOGO and 2 $1 coupons total cost 25 cents each!)
1 Dove ultra clear deodorant (2.00 coupon-total cost only 59 cents)
2 Pepperidge Farm cinnamon bread (BOGO)
Head of Iceberg Lettuce
2 6.25 ounce packages of Lifesavers (BOGO and 2-$1.00 coupon)
($10 competitor coupon from Winn Dixie)

Here is a great deal at T.G.I. Fridays. Sign up to be a friend on Fridays Facebook and you will receive a coupon for a free burger. This is good until they reach 1 million friends. And, don't forget they still have that awesome Jack Daniels hamburger or chicken sandwich meal for only $5! I know I will be going there this week if I have anything to say about it. That Jack Daniels chicken sandwich was to die for.

I said I would update you on our quest with the Omega Cookie. So far my hubby has lost 10 pounds! He has not changed anything else, no extra exercise, no other change in eating habit or anything. Same with me but as of today I have lost 7 pounds total. We are definitely losing weight eating the Omega Cookie. The great thing is that the weight loss is just one of the many benefits. If you are looking to get healthier and lose weight, you might want to check them out. We sure are glad we did! I am anxious to see if the weight loss continues. I imagine it will. :-) Who knows, it might get us actually wanting to exercise more.
