Earlier today I signed up for a program sponsored by Tylenol. It is called Keep Moving and is supposed to help you do just that, keep moving. When you sign up you get to personalize your own page and have it include all kinds of tips to get you moving. I signed up because I want to be healthier. That and my rheumatologist says I will feel better if I move than if I don't. So I am going to try walking instead of just riding my bike. Anyway, after I signed up I received an email stating they were going to send me a pedometer and a DVD free to help me get started. Says it takes 6-8 weeks. Why don't you sign up too and we can all get heart healthy together!
