Lost some weight with the Omega Cookie!! Yeah!!

For those that have been following with the Omega Cookie, I am happy to report that so far I have lost 4 pounds. I have lost just under 2 pounds a week. I have not had time to exercise the last two weeks, I know excuses excuses...., but really nothing has changed except I am eating this cookie for breakfast. Occasionally I ate the cookie for lunch instead. I never seemed to be able to eat the cookie every day, but I managed 5 days a week without a problem. So hopefully in addition to the health benefits I can continue to lose some weight. Check this out, my hubby loves these cookies too and he is thrilled that he lost 4 pounds as of a few days ago. He is disabled and is unable to exercise. He has changed nothing else. He still eats lots of sweets and things he probably shouldn't so losing some weight is impressive.
