I went out to the Omega Cookie factory a few days ago and met one of the doctors who invented this great cookie. This time I ordered just the cranberry cookie because it is so good. I am going to give it a good month to see if it is making a difference. I have not received the free cookies they were going to send me, but I am sure they will send them soon. So far I notice more energy since having the cranberry cookie for breakfast and that is always a good thing! Plus not being hungry for 4-5 hours is a big plus. It is a very filling cookie.
