Healthy Frozen Dinner BOGO!!! YES!
As I was browsing through my Publix weekly flyer,something interesting caught my eye. I saw something called Self Healthy Kitchen Frozen Meal. I honestly thought the name seemed a little odd but it peaked my interest so I checked it out.
Self Healthy Kitchen offers minimally processed with no artificial ingredients. They teamed up with Chef Calvin Harris to come up with a line of frozen foods that are healthy and delicious.

I for one will be trying the Drunken Chicken. According to the Self Healthy Kitchen website, it is made of "Grilled chicken topped in a sweet tequila sauce with brown rice blended with kale, cherries and pumpkin seeds." Sounds yummy!
