Tonight I was watching The High Low Project on HGTV.  Awesome show!  Basically they price out the room you want and try to redo it at a price you can afford.  Tonight they are redesigning a dining room valued at $20,000 for just $3,600.  I was shocked to find out they bought many of the items they needed at local stores like Target or online.  Who knew?  They even said that they seem to hide the closeout furniture online.  After searching tonight, I am thinking that might be true.  Many of the items I found are online deals only.  I will definitely be watching the High Low Project again!  You should check it out!
