Many of you know that I absolutely love bike riding.  


At a leisurely pace mind you!

Health problems and broken bones occasionally slow me down, but my goal is always to get back and ride even just for a little bit.  I don't know what it is about bike riding that is so relaxing to me.  Perhaps it is not having to worry about what is going on with my life at the time, not realizing that I am actually exercising and doing something good for myself or just that I get to ride around and enjoy the nature and the fresh air.  Having some time to myself away from my three boys is probably a healthy thing as well.  I am sure there are many others who are a Stay at home Mom or Dad and know what I mean.  Sometimes we just need time to ourselves.  I mean, how can you be a good stay at home mom or dad without taking care of yourself?  Whatever it is, the freedom of being on my own, clearing my head of the days near tragedy lol, I certainly do love bike riding.
