High Value coupons & rebates for lots of oil changes! Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, Castrol, Fram & Ford, Lincoln or Mercury owner deals!!

Not sure why I have oil changes on the brain.  I guess because maintenance of vehicles is important and now more than ever we need to take care of our vehicles and not run out and buy a new car all the time.  I mean taking care of an older car and not havng a car payment is a pretty nice idea these days.  My brother and my dad convinced me years ago on the importance of using fully synthetic oil.  Since it is a bit more expensive, I am always looking for coupons or discounts to make it just a little more affordable. 

Lately though I have been checking out all kinds of rebates.  I opened a vacation savings fund at our local bank and so far I have $100 in rebates that I have deposited.  My goal is to get as many rebates as possible and to earn $2000 in rebates for our next vacation within 12 months.  I can always find a deal on a vacation but it sure helps if money is set aside for a trip.  Something about not living above your means and using a credit card to pay for a vacation.  Not that I have ever done that.  Dread dread...  Of course I have and many of you have too.  I hate to admit it but that is life.  Most of us have been living above our means.  And for me it stops now.  :-)  The boys are all teenagers and one day not too far away, they will go off to college, get married and have kidlets of their own.  So the window of opportunity for a really nice family vacation is fading fast.  So please bear with me while I find all these rebates.  Maybe you would like to join me?  Set a goal and a purpose for your money and see how much you can earn with rebates and save towards your goal.  It is amazing how many rebates are really available if you start searching for them.  Let me know if you find any great rebates and I will be sure to add them to my blog!

Castrol oil is also offering a rebate good through 4/30/10.  The rebate amounts vary between $7 & $20 depending on which oil is purchased.  The rebate check will be made out to the place you get your oil change done for your next oil change, but an extra $7-$20 off an oil change is nothing to sneeze at.  So get an oil change and keep your car in top shape! Save your receipt every time you go in for your oil change because you can use this rebate 3 times!  Great if you have more than one vehicle that needs an oil change.  :-)
