Omega breakfast Cookie 25% off! Benefits for chronic conditions & autism
I am sure most of you have heard about the benefits of omega-3 fatty acids by now. There have been so many articles extolling the benefits of omega-3. I found some great information about its benefits at omegacookie.com site in their faqs. Here is a short segment from their site. For more detailed information and studies, you can click on the link above. "Omega-3 works on a cellular level to enhance the efficiency of all kinds of functions, its benefits are varied and significant. Scientific studies have shown how omega-3 can potentially aid weight loss, improve mental agility, boost energy and mood, lessen the pains of arthritis, mitigate the effects of autism, and achieve many other astonishing breakthroughs. An abundance of evidence has also established that omega-3 can help protect the cardiovascular system."
I have been taking fish oil for a while just to find out I have not been taking the right dose। I should have been taking 8 to 10 of those fish oil capsules a day! I don't know about you but those pills are huge and I have no desire to take that many। Plus the good ones are very expensive at that dosage. Just in time, a company in Venice, Florida has created the Omega Cookie. The Omega cookie has the equivalent of 8 capsules of pure omega-3 fatty acids as well as the fiber of a bowl of quaker oats cereal and 2 capsules worth of calcium and antioxidants. And, this is no normal cookie. The cookie is a cross between a cookie and a muffin. It is much thicker and comes in a muffin tin along with a napkin. It is very filling. This is perfect for those of us on the go who never have time to eat breakfast or lunch or for people like me that have no desire to eat breakfast at all. With all of that good stuff in it, I actually expected the cookie to taste quite bad. Surprisingly the taste is really good. I was impressed. I have tried all three varieties, the chocolate chip, tropical and the cranberry. My absolute favorite is the cranberry although my autistic son will not eat it if it does not have chocolate in it so thank God they made one with chocolate chips.
There are recent studies that show that omega fatty acids may help autistic individuals. With an autistic son, this obviously caught my attention. Anything that truly could make a difference, I am pretty much willing to try. I am always looking for something to improve my fibromyalgia symptoms or anything to lessen my husbands pain from his back injury. Right now my husband and I and our autistic son are all trying out the cookies. I have had one for breakfast every day since Monday. I will let you know how it goes.
Really something you will want to check out. Now is the perfect time. They have a 25% off summer sale on all of the cookies, and if you sign up for auto ship you get an extra 10% off of that! If you decide to order, please let them know you found them from my blog. You never know, maybe they will give us some free cookies. :-)

Just found you via Google alert - I wrote that FAQ, so it was really cool seeing it quoted by someone else!
We have seen improvement in many autistic children with our corresponding liquid fish oil, Omega Cure. I hope your son experiences something similar! And I'll see what I can do about some cookies. :)
