FREE BOOKS & THE OMEGA COOKIE

I don't know how many of you are avid readers or even have the time to read books with everything going on in your life, but this is such a great program I had to share it. Plus now with school getting ready to start or already started for some of you, you might actually have a little time to take a break and read. Wow! Free time? What is that?? And, they say that having your kids see you read is the best motivator of all to get your kids to become good readers too! My husband reads books so fast it is hard to believe. If he bought a new book everytime he finished one, it would put a huge dent in our monthly budget. Many of the books he wants to read are never available at the library so this is a great option. Six months ago he joined a group called Paperback Swap and he has been actively involved with this ever since.

PaperBackSwap.com - Book Club to Swap, Trade & Exchange Books for Free. It really is a great idea. It is FREE to join. You list your books you have already read and no longer need. People will contact you through the site and ask for your book. You ship the book to them media mail from the post office. Once they receive the book you get credit for it. That credit lets you get a book mailed to you from another person who has the book you want. At this point my husband has been able to order books for our entire family and our neighbors! All we are out is the cost of shipping the books which is about $2.40 a book. This is definitely something you should check into if you like to read. Happy reading!

Now for the Omega cookie. I have to say this Omega Cookie is much better than I thought. I never thought I would crave this cookie or that I would want to eat breakfast just to have it, but that is exactly what has happened. I have fallen in love with the cranberry cookie. What I have really noticed in the last week is that after eating the Omega Cookie in the morning, I am not hungry at all for hours. I started keeping track and it seems to last me a good 5 hours. Now I don't know about you, but I am always trying to stay healthy and lose weight, so not being hungry for that long is a great thing. I am thinking I will be losing some weight with this one. Now don't laugh but I hate to weigh myself. I think I may have lost some weight in the last week but I can't confirm it because I did not weigh myself. Stupid, I know but what can I say? This is what I can tell you. My clothes are looser. Even my underwear. I know it sounds strange but this is all I have to go on. I may actually have to get on the scale so I can keep track for the next week.

I should tell you that I have been trying to get my husband to take omega 3 fatty acid fish oil capsules for over a year and he absolutely refused to take them. The more I would show him articles about the benefits of omega 3 fatty acids on cholesterol and other health benefits, the more he would just say no way would he take them. What was his aversion to the fish oil capsules in the first place? Was he just trying to annoy me? Personally that is what I think but it does not matter anymore? Why you ask? Well because he has been eating an Omega Cookie every day for over a week. He did miss one day because he forgot but I can live with that. Guess what, his favorite is also the Cranberry Omega Cookie. So I am a happy camper for sure. I don't want to be here on this earth without him so I have to keep him healthy somehow. So I am thankful for the Omega Cookie. Check out the Omega Cookie site and find out the benefits first hand. If you try it, be sure to email us and let us know how it works for you. I would love to share your feedback with our readers.

Now those of you who have autistic children, if you try this let me know. The studies are very positive in regards to Omega fatty acids improving autism symptoms. As far as my son eating the Omega Cookie, it is not going too well. He talks about wanting to eat the Omega Cookie but when it gets to be the morning, it is just so difficult getting him ready for school that he never has the time to eat breakfast. No matter how much earlier we get him up, he will not get out of bed until the same darn time every morning. It really gets frustrating but I am sure all of you Mom's and Dad's of autistic children can relate and know what I mean.

So this is the new plan. Sneak in the omega 3 fatty acids in with Omega Cure.

Omega Cure is a liquid form of Omega 3 fatty acids. They even have one that is unflavored. So next week I am going to start this as soon as I receive the clinical grade Omega Cure. I priced it out and the clinical grade Omega Cure will actually cost less than the cookies would have so price wise it will be good. My thought is to mix it with chocolate milk. Any suggestions? I am open to any. I will let you know how it goes. If you would like to try the Omega Cure as well, here is the link to their website.

Hi! I've discussed it with Dr. Chalmers, Ambo Health's CEO, and we'd love to send you a box of cookies as a thank-you for speaking of us so favorably. Please send us your address at contact [at] omega-cure [dot] com and mention my name, so my coworkers will know to direct your email to me. If you're on the autoship program we'd be happy to just discount you the price of one box off your next shipment; if you're not, or if you just prefer it this way, we'll go ahead and send a box off whenever you contact us.
