I bought Simply The Best Pressure Cooker Recipes by Marian Getz as it had the most feedback and lots of great every day recipes for families.  We have found some great recipes in it.  We have also modified recipes we were making in the oven, a big no no in the hot summer here in Florida.  

My favorite so far is Grandmas' Cube Steak which used to take hours in the oven.  Now it just takes 35 minutes!  WOW!  By using our pressure cooker, we don't have to heat up the whole house every time we make dinner.  A double win for us and our electric bill!
