If things are tight and you are not sure what to get Mom, this would be a great start.  How about pictures of you and Mom through the years all together in a photo collage?  Mom would love that.  Or how about Mom with the grandkids.  There are so many ways you can go with this and end up with an awesome gift for Mothers Day.  If things are really tight, you can pick up a frame at the dollar store and end up with a thoughtful gift Mom will appreciate and show off to her friends very inexpensively.  Spending more money is not always better.  Being creative can sometimes be your best and most affordable option!

When is the last time you went through your baby pictures?  What a treat for Mom if you could compile those.  I have a scanner but had no idea how to use it.  My oldest has scanned everything for me and I have been able to create wonderful cards and photos with them.  So if you are like me and scanner challenged, why not find a friend who can scan them for you?  Most people have scanners these days with their printer.
