As a Mom of three teenage boys, I can tell you I wish there was something as wonderful as MyJobChart when my kids were younger. My husband and I never paid our kids an allowance. What we did instead was paid them by the chores or job they did. If they did not do their chores or assigned jobs, they did not receive any money that week.
MyJobChart works along the same lines. You set up the chores and your kids earn rewards which they can save, share or spend. As a mom of a special needs autistic adult child, I can see this will be especially beneficial for us as well. Please pass this along to any other families that may benefit. I think this is an amazing way to motivate kids and make it a little easier on us parents.
