High Antioxidant Diet day 2, Have not killed anyone yet so..........

All in all the 2nd day of my diet is going suprisingly well.  I have not been yelling at the kids, hanging them upside down by their toenails or trying to kill my hubby so I have to say it is going good.  I can tell you this, your body does go into a detox mode to get all of the excuse my language, crap, out of you.  I have been a little tired and not feeling the greatest but full and satisfied for the most part which is pretty amazing. I had heard it took up to 3 days to start feeling better.  I had planned on starting with two shakes a day.  That has not worked out so well.  Once I made the shake and added the water, ice and strawberries, it really made quite a bit.  It was too much for me to drink at once. So I had half for breakfast and half for lunch.  Then later today I had a cup of vegetable soup, Iced tea and the Xocai power squares.  I love the power squares because I don't have to feel like I am cheating, because I am really not.  For those of you not familiar with power squares, they are smaller squares of chocolately goodness that are only 33 calories each.  No waxes, fillers, processed sugar, just cold pressed dark chocolate with all of the antioxidants.  I think that is part of the reason this diet will work.  I don't feel like I am sacrificing sweets or anything.  So if you are thinking of starting this diet, I mean really going for it, I STRONGLY recommend buying a box of power squares to go with it.  You can't overdose on too many antioxidants.  :-)

If you start out with 1 package of the X-protein meal shakes & 1 package of the power squares, that is all you need to sign up as an Xocai associate.  Literally you pay a $39 membership fee that gives you lots of benefits like a website and a back office and the right to buy product wholesale.  Then simply sign up on autoship to get 1 product every 4 weeks and you can earn income for sharing this wonderful diet plan.  Something to think about for sure.  I would also be glad to sell you product at cost for the first month if you want to try this.  I don't want to do this alone.  Way more fun with online friends!! 

But right now I am just happy that I am not starving.  I have to get my exercise in, only 20 minutes a day.  So far I have only done 10.  Twenty minutes a day is really not bad.  Hoping it cools off enough for a nice bike ride after dinner.  I love that.  Now I have to drink more water.  Supposed to drink lots of water.  :-)
