Large box of Kotex on sale for $4.99 and a $4.99 extra bucks reward making it free. Add this $1 coupon and you have a moneymaker!
Almost all the Aveeno products are on sale & if you spend $20 on them you get a $10 extra bucks reward. Here is a coupon for $2 off 2 Aveeno products.
Neutrogena has some wonderful spray suntan lotion. It is on sale for $9.99. If you buy 2, you get a $10 extra bucks reward plus there is a $2 coupon for each 1 making them each $3.

All together I spent $94.14 before tax & I received $36.00back in extra bucks. So after all is said and done my total was $58.14.

So even though it seems like I spent alot, I am really happy with my purchase. If we are having any sinus problems, we will be set for quite some time. :-)
