I have been trying to eat healthier. I even went to an organic farmers market today at Fishermans Village in Punta Gorda to get some fresh produce today. It was actually a lot of fun. They had a cooking class on how to cook the vegetables from the local Technical Center. I may have to check out the lunch you can purchase at the Tech Center. Sounds yummy and they were impressive. Apparently the chefs in training cook some great food. If you are in the local area, the food is affordable and lunch is available Monday through Friday from 11am to 12:30.
