Another thing I made sure to do today was to sign up my family for the free Disney World ticket promotion. This is the deal where you volunteer for a day and get a 1 day ticket for Walt Disney World or Disneyland.  Only 1 person has to sign up for your family of up to 8 people.  Kids can participate as well so you can end up with a ticket for the whole family (up to 8 people)  while teaching your kids the value of volunteering!  Can't beat that.  When I signed up I was able to enter my zipcode and it showed me all of the opportunities in my area.  Around me there were places that had opportunities for children as young as 6.
